| Second Description of Services: The products of Citrix Online's remote access and web-based collaboration include GoToAssist Express ™, GoToAssist Corporate ™, GoToAssist Corporate ™ Fast Chat, GoToManage ™, GoToMeeting ™, GoToWebinar ™, GoToTraining ™, GoToMyPC ™ and GoView ™ services ( individually and collectively the "Services"), which are described below in more detail in sections 2.1 to 2.10. In the customer during the registration process selection made, the individual designated by the customer under this contract services ordered as well as the number of named authorized users for each service. These are all listed together on the My Account page of the client on the Citrix Online Web site. The following are the currently described by Citrtix online services offered:
2.1 GoToAssist Express. By ordering the GoToAssist Express service, the customer on the GoToAssist Express screen sharing access. The use of this service is limited only to designated authorized to allow a user to its internal and external customers with remote support.
